Pros
I feel privileged to work with so many smart, friendly, and dedicated people. ATCC makes a huge impact on the global scientific community and people here are committed to their work. The organization has been in existence for nearly 100 years and is growing and changing by implementing new technologies and processes. Sometimes change is hard, but it's necessary and ATCC is taking steps in the right direction. The benefits and time off are fair, and I appreciate the opportunity to work remotely. It's a great organization!
Cons
I don't work in the labs, but I do think investments can be made in this area to add additional space, especially since the company is growing.
