      1. The Germantown team is composed of highly collaborative scientists and technicians. 2. Employees are encouraged to take initiatives. 3. Managers are generally receptive to feedback and open to process improvements.

      Cons

      As Germantown is a smaller site, occasional delays can occur when support functions are centralized elsewhere—but efforts are ongoing to streamline this.

Opportunities for professional growth and development, including attending meetings on topics outside of my expertise, leading meetings, and volunteering for initiatives. Engaging work with international distributors. Access to valuable resources and training, including LinkedIn Learning, which offers a wide range of instructional videos covering the latest business, technology, and language skills

      Cons

      Having more team members to support international distribution growth would be welcome. There is always alot to do but it is definitely never a dull day.
