Pros
The people who work at ATCC are truly there to serve the mission of the organization, and are, generally, good at their job, friendly, and cooperative.
Cons
The fish rots from the head down, and the CEO, Ray Cypess, is one of the worst CEOs I've ever worked for. He has a saying, "If I only say it once, ignore it." (Because he'll probably forget it!) "If I say it twice, you should take notice." (But I'll probably contradict myself in the next meeting.) "If I say it three times, it's important." The problem is that every "initiative" he dreams up, no matter how unfeasible, is the most important iniative in the company, and only lasts for 3-6 months before he disbands it and has a new "most important initiative". He completely changes direction of his ship so frequently there is no time to gain any momentum or show success in any direction. As a result of this, and the constant firings with each change in direction, the morale is terrible.
