It's a good place to learn some skills but Do NOT stay longer it's unworthy at all

Pros

Get tons of Federal funds, most of employees are nice, good universal medical coverage plan

Cons

Strong polilitian culture. Extremely poor management for instance almost every apps full time developer left ATCC within 4months and they cannot find right person to replace so far. Salary is lower than average job market level

Excellent opportunity to gain experience in a variety of departments. Decent benefits package.

Cons

Extremely difficult to move up in the company. Extremely difficult to move around to different departments. Management is poorly chosen and seem to have no guidelines. Very poor compensation.

If I could summarize three good things about ATCC, I would say: Coworkers are generally very friendly, ATCC offers good benefits and a manageable work schedule.

Cons

Now for the not so good things about ATCC: Poorly-defined mission, Stodgy management and work environment, Poor communication, and distrust between different divisions
