      Great company to gain post-college experience

      Pros

      This is a great place to get your foot in the biotech door. I was promoted twice and given opportunities to learn new skills both in and out of the lab. There are many friendly, helpful people. Overall I enjoyed my time at ATCC. The things I learned there have helped me advance in my career.

      Cons

      There were times when work was crazy busy but other times when it was crazy slow. Communication from upper management was not the best at times, but that didn’t really impact my daily life.

      American Type Culture Collective is a very good company to be employed by, the enthronement is very friendly and helpful.
