      Pros

      None, now that the CEO fired the President for changing the culture for the better. Well, one pro: under the CEO, you don't have to work very hard or use your brain.

      Cons

      Workplace environment is dominated by fear. People "disappear" from ATCC, and later an announcement is made that they "resigned" or "retired".

      Excellent Vacation and Sick leave. Short work week. The company is under new leadership and postitive changes are being made.

      Cons

      Salary is below industry standards. The org. culture is slow to change. If you are task oriented and prefer a well structured work environment you will find this company frustrating.
