      Pros

      Well, if you do not have any other job offers..... or if you live in closest proximity...... Working week is only 37.5 hours, which is good.

      Cons

      Not clear what upper management wants. Quality system practically doesn't exist in ATCC (according industry's standards). No real communication between departments - nobody knows whats doing people next door. In general, salaries are below industry standards.

      flexible hours and laid back work environment good benefits

      Cons

      No promotions, other companies evaluate performances and give fair promotions, ATCC forces managers not to give good evaluations to prevent promotions alot of favortism and HR cannot do anything for the employees If the CEO doesn't like you, he will make sure you are fired Many good and smart people left because the CEO thinks it is his company and he can do whatever he wants Due to the company restructuring I had to leave because the whole R&D department was dissolved
