5yThankyou for your positive feedback. As the impacts of COVID-19 have majorly disrupted the normal business functions, it is important to adapt to this new situation and transform accordingly. The salary adjustments made by the management is a matter of supporting and contributing to the organization in this crucial time. However, the appraisal evaluation has been done based on the performance and transparent review process.
As the economies are gradually getting back on track, we are expected to start robust recovery. We have added several new lines of business and multiple new key accounts in last 6-12 months that can start producing new source of revenues in coming years. We are expecting to take on larger and newer roles in 2021 that will have direct impact on your future growth. We are looking forward to making your next phase of ATCS journey more meaningful and rewarding
