As the impacts of COVID-19 have majorly disrupted the normal business functions, it is important to adapt to this new situation and transform accordingly. The salary adjustments made by the management is a matter of supporting and contributing to the organization in this crucial time. Any involuntary exit is solely done by taking non-compliance to company policies and non-performance as the basic criteria – though we put in efforts to improve those employees’ skills through comprehensive support and a transparent evaluation process. The commitment towards our employees which helped us win the Gallup Great Workplace award still stands strong during these challenging times caused by COVID-19. Even during this adverse time, the care and support extended by the company towards its employees remains uninterrupted.

I have worked at ATCS for almost 2.5 years. Management is helpful and friendly.There are various workshops and events organised by management for employes inter-personal growth and of organisation too.Your hard work and sincerity is always rewarded here. Work culture is great and energetic; right from festival-celebrations to annual events to annual picnics and various team bonding activities are there. IT technology and clients are progressive and competitive thus ample of onsite opportunities. Though sometimes one might feel workload is there but that will only going to help you when you go out(personal experience). This is the organisation where even fresher can interact with everyone in upper management like delivery director to Global CEO giving transparency in work.
