There is a fair system in place along with transparent communication that allows for timely appraisals of the employees based on their performances.

5yThankyou for your feedback. We’re glad to know that you are having a great work experience with us. As far as salary is concerned, ATCS has an annual appraisal/increment cycle, however, last year, due to COVID crisis, things got slightly delayed. We have a transparent salary slab, and hence we request you to please share your grievances regarding increment with your HR immediately.
