Our policies on probation period and salary structure are well defined and adequately discussed before offer acceptance. We are considered as one of the best in the industry in terms of salary offers, working environment and equal opportunities offered to employees. Also, our harassment policies are clearly defined, with the provision of anonymous complaining and they are well explained during the induction of any new joiner. We have a separate team headed by management to address this on highest priority. So, kindly share some concrete details with the HR Manager through an appropriate channel.
