Friendly staff. No single office setting.

Cons

Salary was not competitive. No compensation for travel to client site. Management does not provides feedback other than at the end of the year. Manager was main contact on project and the project was late so they shifted all the blame on me. Promised training never received.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We understand your concern, but you should have discussed your experience with the HR and Leadership team. We are considered as one of the best in IT industry in terms of salary offers and working environment. As far as travel compensation is concerned, we have a well-defined travel policy, available and well-explained on the HRMS portal & we organize workshops, floor connects on a regular basis for policy-detailing. Training programs are scheduled on a monthly basis. Also, we offer different platforms like monthly reviews and skip meetings to share and discuss employee’s experience. It will be great if you can reach our HR dept with further details to help you assist with any query or concern.
