Pros

Solid company. Management is very good to work with and is always trying to keep you busy with quality work.

Cons

Pay could be better but that is determined by state rates, not much they can do.

Great culture, progressive benefits, lots of work

Pros

A lot of work and stability. Growing in different markets and service lines. Good culture. A lot of benefits you don't find other places (immediate 401K vesting, loss of pregnancy support). Compensation is competitive.

Cons

Parental leave is industry standard but could be better.

Pros

Culture, pto, lots of involvement within the community, plenty of good reasons to work here. If you are having a hard time finding a job out of school as a fresh grad they actually give you a chance with fair pay!
