Favoritism No work life balance Generic/ No Constructive Criticism from Management Management is inexperienced and it shows No exit interviews - do they care that people are leaving?

Pros

The department I work in; we are flexible and we have a great team. The company overall is a great company - we are trying to work on making ATCS one of the BEST companies to work for and to strive for that, we need employees that care about the company and who want the best and I think we do have that.

Cons

My opinion is the medical plan.

Trending Wrong Direction

Pros

The work you do here is challenging and interesting in a really good way. The PTO allowance is great and can be used in flexible ways. Managers don't micromanage you, let you be independent and get your work done. Lots of professional development opportunities for younger/newer staff.

Cons

The leadership is taking the company in the wrong direction. People have been forced back into the office three days a week but sit in cubicles on headsets and don't talk to each other because departments/teams are split across offices and many people aren't in the same physical office location as the people they work with - makes no sense to force people back in to sit alone. The health insurance is terrible - super expensive, company barely contributes, HSA builds over time so you have no money upfront, and it's a high deductible. Parent leave policies are below average. There's a lot of support when you're brand new, but the path to career growth for mid and senior levels is basically nonexistent. Hard to see a future here once you hit a certain point.
