Solid company. Management is very good to work with and is always trying to keep you busy with quality work.

Cons

Pay could be better but that is determined by state rates, not much they can do.

Pros

I feel so fortunate be coming up on 4 years here with ATCS. The company culture and it's four pillars is what brought me here, and continue to keep me here.

Cons

Our work in Emergency Management can be episodic and frequently changes. We continue to find the right staffing level, as we wait for the new work to come.
