ATCS provides a good opportunity to learn new technologies and platforms, supportive management and a good working environment. Supportive HR Management Better work-life balance. IJP to ATCS Global locations Client location or onsite opportunities Yearly Trips On-time Salary

Cons

1. Internal Trainings are at a higher level as of now. 2. Salary cut and no appraisals during COVID 3. Salary bands are not opened.

Pros

I have been working with ATCS for 6 years. I am feeling proud to be part of this because of a healthy environment. From the day first I am feeling like I am in the family. Lot of things you can learn, no work pressure. Internal learning process allows you to get trained in your key specific area and through IJP (internal job posting) you can part of any Team, Project.

Cons

I don't have anything to report. otherwise, I wouldn't be here for so long.
