The team members who you work with are very friendly and hard working. They look out for one another. You get paid for 3 and a half hours, whether you work it or not. Relatively simple job for the money. Some times get free tickets for shows.

Cons

Management try and pretend like there are no issues when there are plenty. Company care more about sales than they do the staff or the state of the venue. Either ridiculously overstaffed, or incredibly over staffed. Management have no clue on who staff members are, And seem to make no effort. Management don't understand what the different departments do. Taking on new members of staff and not training them. Staff room door has been broken for weeks and it's not been fixed. Ammenieties of staff is poor. No real incentive to real sales. No recognition for the work you put in.
