1. Best compensations for recently graduated students. 2. Very good exposure to international markets. 3. Growing company, so the chance of employee growth within the organisation are higher.

Cons

1. Saturdays are not off except for the second and fourth Saturdays. 2. Very few holidays, even Christmas and New Year's are working. 3. No work from home opportunities, still follows the old world punch in/punch out system.

Cons

Development today consists of copying tires from the big boys. All good engineers have either quit on their own or have been fired.
