I have been shocked by the latitude that I've been given to bring ideas to not only my boss, but also the CEO. It's been a very supportive and laid back environment, and the folks that work here all want to do a great job. The fridge is now stocked with beer and wine, which is a great way to take a break or socialize with the team!
Cons
There's definitely opportunity to nail down processes more as the company grows and expands and focuses on consulting, but that's also an opportunity to have a say in what that process looks like.
