      Cons

      They will use you please avoid them at all costs especially if you are a contractor they will literally block your attempts to face and become permanent all because there own personal workload is to heavy for them to handle since no one works there anymore. Not to mention the company is not doing well and they will lay you off.

      Company produces important and meaningful products. Pay and benefits are borderline average and NOT as competitive.

      Cons

      Management TRAINS EXTREMELY POORLY and will blame you as a result. Has UN-REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS for daily work and long-term goals. Will OVERWORK you to the point of MANY engineers and other employees having to work on WEEKENDS for free just to catch up. Company additionally does not recognize strong work ethic or dedication. Would not recommend to anyone.
