I've been with ATI 14 years and have seen a lot of change, mostly for the good. Tough decisions were made in 2016 to advance the company forward. The focus is on Relentless Innovation and with an eye toward additive manufacturing.

Cons

Like most large companies, at times the company politics overshadow hard work and advance the ball toward continuous improvement.
