      Pros

      Business unit alignment with strategic planning and actions are having a positive impact in creating "One ATI - That is the World's Best Specialty Materials Company". This effort is providing more opportunities for development and promotion. ATI makes things that matter. Creating materials that protect lives and improve the future is a meaningful purpose that I like being a part of.

      The pace to create "One ATI" may be slower than required, creating a drag on growth and the ability to keep up with rapid changes in the marketplace.
