Good health care benefits and 401k

Cons

The company doesn't care about there employees and they do not use our talents to benefit the company. The resented had a lockout for 11 months then threw us around to other locations making our travel times unreasonable. I drive 3 hours each way and make a third of what I did at my other plant

Great co-workers. Relaxed atmosphere most of the time. Management let us do our jobs without too much interference.

Plant closed due to market conditions and too much risk taking by corporate upper management.
