      Pros

      Great personnel throughout the organization. Talented and long-tenured employees are a great help to incoming employees and share extensive specialty knowledge. This is a great place for metallurgists.

      Cons

      The company is limiting capital investment after heavy investment in two major facilities in the past 10 years. Corporate decisions are not as far-sighted as they were 10 years ago.
