      Pros

      Leadership is friendly. People are welcoming. There is a lot of opportunity for the company to grow administratively and build towards best practices. Benefits are really good compared to other companys.

      Cons

      Very traditional type of company. Market is tough right now, causing sales to be low and layoffs to occur (2015-2016). Pay is lower than standard for this location and within my job function/title. No raises will be given this year due to the company standing, but at least the company still exists. Also, doesn't seem as if the company locations are working from of the same goals of the company. That makes it difficult to achieve your goals when other facilities within the organization are doing something counterproductive or duplicating efforts. Next, a lot of updates need to be made to bring our organization to best practices. We seem be behind on a lot of technology and we need to also utilize our subject experts more effectively.
