exellent pay and benefits. good working conditions with exellent co-workers all looking out for each other.

Cons

drastic shift changes during training and trial period. vacation fill schedule for all new employees can be trying due to drastic shift change work schedules.

Pros

Lots of plants to work at in the area. Company does a good job promoting from within. Lots of opportunities for teamwork and project involvement. Some exposure to end-users.

Cons

Too much arguing between plants as to root causes of problems, rather than working together to solve the issues. Upward mobility can be limited depending on your area of work. Solving problems or implementing various solutions can be difficult with a Union environment.
