Pros

Lots of good people. A variety of jobs, so one has some potential to move around and stay with same company. Pretty good corporate backing.

Cons

Same problems most likely at any big organization. Can be cliquey. Some advance based on politics more than merit. Getting top heavy. Corporation wants the specialty metals at this plant to be the same as commodity grade metals at the eastern plants, which is not what made the company what it has been for the past 57 years. Competition from overseas is getting tougher. Not sure what this means for the future and continued existence of company in present form.
