      Front line workers are good people to work with as well as some of the supervisors.

      Cons

      Promotion upward is tough unless you are an engineer or are someone's "chosen one". Very political, as in who you know or rub elbows with. Promotion is not, the most qualified for the position. It's by who likes you or are you likeable.
