      Pros

      Pay and benefits are ok. There are some nice people that work here.

      Cons

      Was asked multiple times by direct managers to do things that were unethical. There is no work-life balance. The company is still run like it was in 1970. Don't try and suggest improvements or changes to process or systems: it won't happen and you'll be reprimanded. Overall: If you choose to work here, be aware that this is a very old company that values the status-quo.

      None, company's quality program is by far the worst.

      Cons

      ATI was a great company to work for but since 2015 the company's quality program is non existent and the pay and benifits are some of the worst in the USA.

      Pay and benefits are average to slightly above average for the area. Many good people who work here.

      Cons

      In the last 4 months we have gone from a site that wanted change badly to a site that now thinks that we are getting what we asked for...talk about going from bad to worse.
