the wages, benefits, and retirement

Cons

the management is the worst. they say we have Rcm but they won't fix anything, just patch it up and get producing product. They try to reprimand employees around the contract. There payroll program shorted people's pay for 2 years and once found the company offered to" split the difference" and pay half. The company keeps trying to reduce wages, benefits and the work force while trying to raise out of pocket health care cost. Going down hill fast.

None that come to mind. There are some good employees but management team is the worst I've ever worked for.

Cons

Just about everything. Management does not care about employee's personal life. Horrible work/life balance expectation. Expectations are not consistent from employee to employee.

At my plant, the management team is accessible and the working conditions are good without the "high stress" that sometimes comes with my position at other companies.

Cons

The machinery is outdated and it's usually cold inside the plant.
