Great Benefits, Good Pay, Several Different Departments, Room for Advancing, Quarterly Bonuses, Can get job through employment agency, 4 different shifts

Cons

lots of manual labor for most jobs, was getting hit hard by economy recession when I worked there, inhaled a lot of metal dust, extreme heat in some buildings, strict policies, uncomfortable uniform

Not invented here syndrome, Human Resources doesn't follow through on commitments, time off policy is inconsistent and lacks definition, professional diversity needs a lot of improvement

The people are good to work with. The benifits are good and the company's financial security is very solid. It is a technology forward thinking company.

Cons

The organization structure is currently filled with too many vertical layers, and thus the lower-end salaried positions become the work horses without the recognition or compensation.
