Pros

Great for artistic type, the work is fun and you get to work on aerospace parts. Benefits and pay are great.

Cons

Working muscles you're not used to for fine detailed work can cause injury. Some higher-ups are unreasonable and not clear on what they want you to focus on. Need to be artistic and detail oriented which might be a problem for some.

ATI takes care of the employees. Vacation and 401k is great. Pay isn’t the highest but it’s competitive. Bonus program as well.

Cons

Needs to think about how we are going to do this 10 years from now not just how it gets done today.
