Pros

The only pro is when you are finally out of there and onto a new professional run company.

Cons

This CEO who professes religious quotes in meeting is a dishonest, conniving. toxic person who speaks to you interrogating about other employees while not having the professionalism to speak to them directly. His weakest employee is often talked about regarding his failures yet he continues to keep this person due to their church affiliation. Not a smart man here! He hires you warning about the toxic environment in his team while forcing you to accept his offer which is loaded with promises none of which are put in writing then has selective memory when you bring up the subject. He does not believe in paying unemployment benefits thus does not fire anyone but either reassigns them to lower responsibilities or cuts their salary to discourage them to leave on their own. He has stated in meetings that he needs to "quit hiring immigrants" which is a significant diversity issue. He spends quite a bit of time harassing employees by watching all activities while making assumptions of their actions without bothering to ask for qualification. The worst example of a manager I have ever seen. If you wish to work for a company that has polished leaders that support good workers then stay away as this is certainly not the place. It is amazing that this company stays in business with this classless leader who cannot distinguish fact from fiction!
