Pros

Pro’s that’s hard to come up with… pay check.

Cons

Fred the owner is a really tough man to work for every day his yelling at his staff has an employee or two crying in their cubical. He also has a super creepy vibe constantly talking about his female employees and how they look physically even goes as far as comparing them to each other. The work place is a very hostile environment wish I could give less than one star.

Pros

Other than maybe meeting a few nice people, I can't really think of any.

Cons

I will try to keep this short, however I do not believe that will be possible. Please take into consideration the many negative reviews you see for this account. I was naïve and assumed they were simply disgruntled past employees who were fired, or they themselves were just not ideal workers. I can 100% say that was not the case for me. I went into this company with a green mind and excited about the opportunity. That quickly dissolved when I experienced the negativity that surrounds the office. Overall, it is an unhealthy, toxic work environment. It took a major toll on my mental health. When it came to COVID protocols, there weren't any. You were not properly notified of positive cases (at one point, everyone was basically exposed and tested positive), disinfecting never happened, masks/social distancing was not enforced, etc. When you expressed your concerns, it point blank just didn't matter. All you hear every single day is upper management belittle and speak negatively about their employees. It's truly sad, because there were some great people there during my time. You start to feel as though you are constantly being watched and judged, no matter how hard you work. And at that point, it doesn't even matter how hard you work/quality of your work, because you are still being criticized and gossiped about to other employees. You are limited with what you are able to change; new ideas and processes aren't tolerated unless it comes from the big man in charge. You are wrong, no matter what. Your personal life is judged, along with your religious views and physical appearance. It could be extremely uncomfortable for women... I'll just leave it at that. I feel as though I lost a sense of my professionalism from simply being fed up with listening to the drama, negative comments, and judgement every single day. It is hard to ignore when there is no other option than to sit at your desk and listen to someone speak and preach loudly. Also, I want to make it very clear that employees quickly figure all of this out on their own. They aren't persuaded or told to believe anything other than what they encounter themselves. We are professional, grown adults who make observations and opinions on our own. I always look at both sides of a situation prior to making my judgements, and it just so happened this leadership and management fell short. Please do yourself a favor and take a look at what you truly want in your career. If you are looking for a company where there is growth and good company culture, this place is not for you.
