Pros

NONE! DO NOT WORK HERE.

Cons

EVERYTHING!!!!!! They make promises that are not kept, if you don't agree you are ostracized and belittled in front of other employees. Should you work closely with someone and THEY decide to leave its your fault. People there are 2 faced, they tell you one thing to your face then turn around and tattle on anything you may have said. NEPOTISM IS THE NAME OF THE GAME. He hires his family to spy on you. There are recording devices in the HR office! Its like working in a soap opera - Days of Our Lives, Guiding Light, Young and the Restless, has nothing on this place! Drama is always there, and if there isn't any the CEO (aka the owner - not a CEO) will create some for his own entertainment

Pros

Small company in growth mode gives opportunities and expects that you will learn and contribute to areas outside of your expertise. This gives an employee the opportunity to beef up resume and become more well rounded. Productivity is recognized. Focus and make progress in action lists and you can succeed. Several management positions have been recently filled with POSITIVE Attitude, Knowledge, and Energy. These professionals know that change takes time, but are motivated and encouraged with every step of progress. ATSER has a very diverse staff of employees and that diversity is seen at every level of experience and management.

Cons

Management is a little old school- very observant of late start and excess idle chatter or time. Growth mode companies are challenging due to the accelerated pace of change and the related stress.
