      Worst Company "No work ethics"

      Pros

      The overall rating showing good in glass-door because the recruiters rated themselves which is funny.

      Cons

      * they applied my H1-b and after it got approved and they said I should pay the extra amount of my salary in cash everymonth. * Cheating the employees with fraud H1-b's and threatening the employee to revoke the H1-b * Low salary package. * Their website says they offer free medical benefit but in reality they dont offer it. * No 401k contribution from employer. I did not agree for pay cash back and they fired me without any notice via phone call. Till now no email or written reason given for firing me.

      Can't really think of any.

      Cons

      1. No growth at all 2. Poo management style - not organized. 3. Manager prone to mood swings - affects work and treatment towards employees 4. No flexible work hours Overall: Not a place for career of professional growth or anything really! Don't even bother considering as an opportunity.

      Pros

      Few good colleagues 2 very good clients ( only 2 rest is just for the list) Good exposure and learning curve in the first year ( after that it's pretty much stagnant)

      Cons

      No room for growth ( both career wise and monetary) No set rules. CEO changes rules as required No respect for employees , the CEO has no interest in employee welfare No value for the work you put in or the numbers of years you spend with the company. Once you are not wanted be ready to be thrown out with no good reason
