      Pros

      Very good co-workers. Good financial clients.

      Cons

      One man show and very unprofessional. No work life balance. Very few clients. No growth potential. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone!

      Few good clients where you can stay for longer if you don’t mind stuck in same place without any further growth

      Cons

      One man show. They will spy on you. The recruiters will talk to about how you should think of joining the client or changing the employer and the moment you give them your thoughts they will give it to the Boss, Prashanth. They have very in-depth relationships with clients and if you try to talk to client manager for FTE position, the client manager will tell them so that they can find a replacement for you. Then the recruiters will start abusing you
