      Pros

      Only good thing about Atyeti is that they offer good package compare to other service based companies. Cab service for pick and drop for all employees.

      Cons

      Micro management. Management is not at all professional. Takes project feedback personally. Since company is evolving their processes are not well defined and working towards it. Only one major client no flexibility in terms of projects or work area. No Leave encashment, no HR policies and less Holidays compared to other companies. Most of the reviews posted here are not true and i think they were posted by HR team or recruiters themselves.
