Very nice & connected : director-and top leadership, Company listens to employees, High performers can do very well in a short span "Good work culture, HR department is very helpful" Transparent and open culture, Good learning experience : good team. It all depends on which project you are working in. Great projects to work on. There's growth here is fast; an average of 2rs and you are promoted to an AVP. Decent Pay, Flat Hierarchy, Good work life balance are the other factors.
