      1.Offer flexibility and free hand while dealing with client 2.Performance is evaluated based on direct contributions to project 3.Flexible enough to offer transition to client payroll in cases of good performances (Very rare in service industry and this makes atyeti stands out from peers) 4.Indeed supportive staff at all levels- HR/Sr mgm(including CEO) 5.High salaries 6.Director/Mgr put efforts to align your career growth in best possible ways.

      Company is still a small organization and in a process to grow. Need to work on administrative improvements.

      They Treat everyone equally and makes sure that any opinions given is considered The company is pretty flexible which is something that is hard to find in staffing firms . Very good Financial clients and the team is really hardworking and dedicated
