This is a DRAW pay plan- not salary plus commission Extremely steep learning curve- highly complex and competitive Challenging lending environment adds additional level of difficulty

Can make decent money. Can get heard somewhat. It is what you make it. Good leads.

Cons

Work Saturdays. Pressure to have a lot of activity even if sales are low. Hire based off leads with Credit Karma and fire when they are down.
