If you’re considering auto refinancing, I strongly suggest exploring other options, as this company falls short compared to its competitors. In my experience, the work environment is challenging, with expectations of 60-80 hour work weeks and no overtime pay. This company has faced multiple lawsuits over unpaid wages, which is reflected in its exceptionally high turnover rate. Training and support structures are inadequate, and the management style lacks effective guidance. In short, I regret working here, and I advise others to proceed with caution
