Pros

Flexibility, great benefits, competitive salary, positive work environment, great culture, worked with incredible co-workers. I was employed with Autopay for 5 great years, Autopay provided me with the skills to further my career in IT. Tons of room for growth. The company truly believes on promoting from within and as employee you are encouraged to grow your career within the organization. Autopay is skill growing and I see many great things in the near future for the company.

Cons

Some employees believed things were deserved compared to earned, if you work hard the opportunities will be there for all employees in Autopay.

Pros

Great place to work. Company still in infancy with huge upside for growth in future. Making huge strides through technology and innovation to change lending in the auto industry as we know it. Lender portfolio is growing steadily which will increase consumer base drastically resulting in increase loan volume as well as repeat business.

Cons

There needs to be more communication between mid level management the loan consultant directly.
