Pros

Great work environment, Tons of support! I The pay potential is off the chart. Incentives and weekly spiffs make it even that much more pleasurable. You get rewarded for the work you put in. I have never done this type of work before and they have shown me how to be one of the best!

Cons

I can actually say there isn't any at this time

Pros

AUTOPAY is a growing company. Both management (on all levels) and admin are always looking to improve systems, employee experience and provide the customer more accessible success. They are willing to try new things and stick their necks out to see the results. With every new implementation, employees are properly notified, trained and assisted through that change. If the results are favorable, they are implemented more permanently. If they are unfavorable (to either the customer, the business or both), the results are notated and implementation is phased out. Pay structure could always be a pro or con - it depends on your outlook and work ethic. For me, the pay structure provided the right balance of incentive and security. Obviously it was well-thought out and intended to favor the employees for the quality of work they put in, as a true commission-based pay structure could.

Cons

AUTOPAY is a growing company. If you, as an employee are desiring consistent methodology or 'industry theory' if you will, you probably won't last long here. As aforementioned, management and admin are definitely willing to try new things, providing a sense, at times, of insecurity for those on commission-based salaries. As also aforementioned, the pay structure could be considered a con if you are looking to 'get by' or if you aren't willing to put in the work.

Pros

AUTOPAY's growing steadily, and management at all levels are great about recognizing and rewarding hard work and results, which translates to ample career pathing opportunities across the board. The sales floor can be an especially lucrative opportunity, which is exciting, but the company pays competitive wages at all levels. The facility itself is quite nice, they buy the entire company lunch once a month, there's good coffee in the break rooms (Starbucks!), discounted vending machines, good benefit options and the staff overall is nice folks. They value and take good care of their staff. Great place to work in my opinion.

Cons

I personally don't really have any Cons. Basically if you're coming to work and doing what you're supposed to do, you're good.
