The titles departments leadership is toxic. I previously left a HONEST review that AP got removed. The director only promotes via favoritism. They are more concerned about SLA, rather than pushing out quality work the first time. So the LSS team ended up getting a load of rejects to deal with. Admin team depending which one is nice and easy, not so much the QA team. LSS team pays the best but your soul will wither away. Its not the worst job, but its full of DRAMA. If you have the ability to keep your head down and work fast, than you will love this place. If you like to socialize be prepared to hate your life because everyone acts like highschoolers. When I worked there we were REQUIRED to work two half Saturdays a month. Not sure if they do this still but, per a current employee its still toxic.
