      Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and I'm sorry that it hasn't been an entirely positive one for you, but thank you for highlighting how we are working more flexibly to support our diverse workforce. With any period of transformation there will always be a degree of uncertainty, however we have recently shared our new Executive Team structure and vision for the future as a newer, larger and more efficient business following our recent merger. From a recruitment and selection perspective, my role with AVEVA is a new one and I have been tasked with enhancing our processes within this area.       Good pay if you are a male and older in age

      Cons

      AVEVA purchased our company, I was not hired by them. My incoming manager told me that I was too young for my job and demoted after having never seen my work. As an exempt employee he expected me to work 60 hours a week, putting my hourly pay only slightly above minimum wage. All positions of power are dominated by men. Women have no hope of equal treatment in the product development team. Our direct management was over 5,000 miles away and demanded direct control over our process, creating a toxic environment where trust eroded and emotions were worn thin.
