South Indians keep blaming the North Indians for the opportunity they lose. Its not a war but yes the reviews below seem like that. The company is taking indian employees and has nothing to do with the fact that who is north indian and who is south indian. So this is not a con. The biggest con is that companies policies are in very immature stage. The policies were hard hitting negatively on people when attrition rate grew. Some people see their future with the company but the outlook of the company is very unsupportive. Often people leave not due to lack of opportunities but due to lack of company's interest to retain employees or their lack of interest to provide the employees an opportunity within the company. The hiring of the company is very much limited to Hyderabad only and hence is accessed to very limited talent. Perhaps the company should have a wider outlook towards hiring. Referrals are 99% unsuccessful due to lack of interest of management in cv's that employees forward to them even when the candidate suits the best in the profile maybe to avoid referral bonus. Moreover though the company is product based company but works in India like a service based to UK AVEVA. The benefits or the work styles in Indian AVEVA are sometimes worse than other service providers. There are no weekend or overtime allowances which Indian employees prefer. CDA benefits are also not given to employees even though the company claims to be cash rich. The company has to understand that people also see their personal benefits apart from who and what, company is acquiring. The company has failed to understand the Indian employee in a summary.
