      AVEVA has rich experience in product development for more than 40 years. One of the first companies developed CAD & object database and still successfully being used by many top notch clients across globe. I really feel proud to be part of the AVEVA family. Here, It is believed that every engineer is as important as CTO to think innovatively and implement as powerfully as CEO without any fear. I recommend this company for those who are looking for equal employment opportunity, respect, challenges & good work-life balance in their CAREER not just another “JOB”.

      Cons

      1) No Brand Image in India. Many people in India look for big names & popularity of companies even though they get low-end jobs. 2) Very limited powers to local support teams (HR, Facilities & Finance)

      Excellent place to work, good atmosphere, motivated staff, great products

      Cons

      historically too much re-organisation, but seems to have settled down over the past couple of years, but no real complaints.
