      Great Office And People But We Feel Corporate Doesn't Listen To Its Employees

      Pros

      My office has spectacular people to work with. We are truly like family. Training availability is great. I feel as if my GM is vested in my future and ability to succeed.

      Cons

      -Poor Medical Benefits and High Cost -Awful 401k Matching and Guidelines, though you want us to think its good with your percentage of year to year increases...it has a smoke and mirrors perception and makes me not trust corporate because of their "slimy salesman" tactics. -No consistent cost of living raises -Bonus structure complicated and always changing -Feeling of disconnect between offices and corporate

      Pros

      Local Office Management is great. Industry vets who understand what it takes to make things happen

      Cons

      Senior VP has caused extreme moral issues with office management. We are facing possible an exodus by office management. Additionally we are severely under resourced. Not enough engineers, techs, or good quality PM's. We are stretching key personnel to their breaking points and are continually asked to do more with less. Something has to give.
