      Pros

      Solid experience in Commercial Audio Visual installations will put you at the front of the preferred line. Projectors, screens, displays, Smartboards, wiring, cabling, computer controls, rack-building . the entire complete AV equipment package. Ability to think & work independently and meet necessary deadlines, use hand tools & test equipment; know how to solder & crimp connections.

      past leadership is gone - has to be better than it was

      no leadership - cronyism and NO team environment west coast offices are treated like a step child - very east coast centric
